High temperature hardened steel Volcano nozzle for 3d printer

Perfect for carbon fiber filament, glow-in-the-dark, wood-filled, metal-filled, and PEEK/PEI filaments – in these conditions, brass or copper nozzles wear out quickly, but these nozzles last.

Made from hard-quenched tool steel with a surface hardness of 55-60 HRC , these nozzles are resistant to wear, corrosion and temperatures up to 450°C . Compatible with E3D Volcano, Titan Aero Volcano and Prusa 3D printers – fully integrated into the E3D ecosystem for professional-level performance.
