ASA Filaments

ASA filament is a material that offers durability, reliability and a clean finish even in demanding conditions. ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrile) was developed as an alternative to ABS, but its biggest advantages are excellent UV protection, heat resistance and dimensional stability. These properties make it well suited for outdoor use, technical parts and projects where the print must withstand time and weather.

The range includes both traditional ASA filaments and carbon fiber reinforced ASA-CF versions. The carbon fiber reinforcement increases stiffness, improves dimensional accuracy and reduces deflection during printing. The material produces a matte, smooth finish, which is particularly suitable for functional parts, protective covers, outdoor furniture and structures where mechanical durability and weather resistance are required.

ASA works best when printed in a heated chamber. It offers a balance between practicality and technical properties. The range includes options in different colors and with different reinforcements, allowing you to choose the right material for both light outdoor markings and demanding prototype parts and technical solutions.
